PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) has exceptional chemical resistance, can be used at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F), and it’s unique non-stick properties make surfaces self cleaning. These advantages make PTFE the best possible lining material for flexible hoses in a wide range of fluid flow applications, in particular for pharmaceutical and chemical fluids transfer, and in many automotive and aerospace applications.
